This is a place where merchants haggle for good prices on items. There are stalls for many assortments of items some even magical. The smell of fish is often smelt there, as it is very close to the docks.

Patrons from all walks of life gather here to share stories, enjoy hearty meals, and sample the tavern's renowned spiced rum.
