Spirits are active and often unpredictable, and bending is both a gift and a tool in daily life and conflict. The world is rich with faction rivalries, lingering tensions, and opportunities for heroism and change.

Description

Here, docked polar sleds and prototype submarines sit alongside steam-mech fishing tools, all crafted by ex-Future Industries tinkerers who have embraced their new life as outcasts. Despite their rustic appearance, these machines are designed to be spirit-insulated, allowing them to operate without disturbing the local chi.
Appearance
The shipyard features a series of wooden docks, each lined with various vessels, from sleek submarines to rugged sleds. The air is filled with the sounds of clanking metal and the hissing of steam, while the icy landscape provides a stark contrast to the warm glow of lanterns illuminating the workspace.
