Description
You launch an invisible spear of psychic energy that strikes up to two creatures of your choice. Each target must make an Intelligence saving throw. If they fail, they take 3d8 psychic damage. If they pass, they take half damage. Scalable: For each level above 2nd, you can add an additional target or increase the damage by 1d8 per level.
