Description
You create a storm of pure mental energy, attacking the minds of all enemies in the area. Each creature in the area must make an Intelligence saving throw. If they fail, they take 8d6 psychic damage and have disadvantage on all attack rolls and saving throws until the end of their next turn. If they pass, they take half damage and have no disadvantage. Scalable: Adds 1d6 damage for each level higher than 6th.
