All individuals entering a Quarantine Zone from outside must undergo standardized intake processing to reduce infection risk and establish identity status.
Incoming individuals are placed in a secured holding area upon arrival, Movement is restricted in a cell until clearance is authorized by FEDRA medical and security personnel.
Personal information is recorded or cross-checked against QZ databases where available. Individuals without documentation are assigned provisional status until verified.
FEDRA personnel conduct a full external assessment for visible injury, contamination signs, or infection-related symptoms and tested. Behavioral responses are monitored for instability or aggression.
Individuals are required to undergo a mandatory cleansing process by force using controlled water and disinfectant agents. Personal belongings are treated as potential contamination vectors and confiscated to be burned or decontaminated.
A medical evaluation is performed, including blood sampling and rapid infection marker testing. Results determine clearance status, quarantine duration, or further observation requirements.
Based on screening results, individuals are assigned one of several statuses:
PENDING INTERVIEW- Awaiting there interview.
Cleared Entry – permitted into general population zones
Quarantine Observation – temporary isolation for monitoring
Restricted Containment – high-risk holding until resolved status
Denied Entry – returned or permanently isolated under FEDRA authority
Cleared individuals are entered into the QZ system and directed to:
Civil registration
Work assignment office
Ration allocation system
