A male Pandaren Monk. He has a robust build with a thick, dark brown fur coat and gentle, wise eyes. He wears traditional monk robes adorned with symbols of peace and wisdom, and carries a wooden staff that signifies his mastery in martial arts.

Compassionate, wise, and noble, Master Shang Xi embodies the spirit of a true teacher. He is patient and forgiving, always encouraging his students to explore their own beliefs and paths in life. The overarching story he relays to players is that the 4 elements need to be returned to the Temple of Five Dawns to calm the elemental forces disrupting the island. He will inform the players about the armoury nearby that will contain gear essential for thier survival. He will then tell players to go to the mayors house in wu-song village to the west and that is currently under siege from some hozen fighters.

Master Shang Xi was a revered teacher on the Wandering Isle, known for his ability to guide students towards their own understanding of martial arts and philosophy. He played a crucial role in the training of many adventurers, including Ji Firepaw and Aysa Cloudsinger, and was instrumental in sensing the illness of Shen-zin Su, leading to the unification of the Alliance and Horde forces. After passing on his wisdom, he found peace in the Wood of Staves, watching over his students as they honored his legacy.
