War Scrolls are mass produced factory line Magick scrolls. They are single use but can be used by anyone, no matter their arcane knowledge. They do however, have a tendency to misfire on inexperienced users, causing so called "Occult accidents". These are unfortunate magickal happenings that either mentally or physically harm the wielder of the scroll.
