One shot quest model

The adventurer guild operates in a manner similar to a temp agency. Quests obtained through the guild should have a specific limited scope and the requirements for completion must be clearly defined when the quest is posted. For example, a quest to defend a caravan from bandit attacks is concluded when the caravan reaches its destination safely. The bandits may still have a hideout somewhere and perhaps the guild will create a follow-up quest to destroy the bandit camp. However, if the players party does not accept this follow-up quest, then the entire bandit plat line should be abandoned. This ties into the guidelines mentioned on the balance of power lore page. If the player does not accept the follow up quest then the entire plot line was resolved when someone else resolved it.
