Aethelgard

Elara is a striking half-elf woman in her early twenties. She has the lithe grace of her elven heritage combined with the warmth of her human side. Her long, wavy hair is a mix of forest green and earthy brown, often adorned with wildflowers or woven into intricate braids. Her eyes are large and expressive, a vibrant shade of emerald green that seem to sparkle with mirth and a hint of mischief. She favors practical clothing suitable for travel – supple leather breeches, a linen tunic, and a hooded cloak in shades of deep green and brown. A beautifully crafted wooden lute is never far from her side.

A free spirit, a wanderer who delights in collecting stories and sharing them through song and verse. She's quick-witted and playful, with a talent for improvisation and a knack for making friends wherever she goes. Beneath her cheerful exterior lies a deep empathy for others and a strong sense of justice. She's not afraid to speak her mind, especially when she sees injustice, but she prefers to use her words and music to persuade rather than confront. She has a healthy respect for the dangers of the Silverwood Glade but also a deep fascination with its magic.

Elara grew up on the edge of the Silverwood Glade, raised by her wood elf mother. Her human father, a traveling merchant, instilled in her a love of storytelling and adventure. She learned to play the lute at a young age, and her talent for music quickly became apparent. She left home to explore the world, honing her skills as a bard and gathering tales from every corner of Aethelgard. She's drawn to the Lucky Strike Tavern for its lively atmosphere and the opportunity to share her music and hear the stories of fellow adventurers. She occasionally works as a messenger or guide, using her knowledge of the Glade and her charming personality to earn a living.
