The Story of Dagoth Torg. TA 214-Present

Dagoth Torg’s life began twice—once on Earth, and once in the burning heart of Agorath.

On Earth, he was just Dagoth: a broad-shouldered troublemaker with a warm smile, a love of fair fistfights, and an uncanny ability to befriend every stray animal he met. His closest friend was Sorra; they spent years locked together by humor, loyalty, and shared chaos. Dagoth always joked he’d “tank the universe” if it ever came for Sorra.

The universe called his bluff.

Dagoth died young—suddenly, without warning—and Sorra carried the grief alone.

But death wasn’t the final page. Something in the cosmic weave pulled his soul into Agorath. He was reborn on the Iron Isle, the kingdom of steel, storms, and old blood. Found by the proud but isolationist Torg Clan, a warrior family who lived in the shadow of Iron Isle’s forges, he was taken in despite his strange ember-lit skin and glowing charcoal hair.

They taught him discipline, strength, and pride—but they also nurtured the gentleness that flickered within him. The clan was everything to Dagoth.

Until they were annihilated in a war erased from public memory. Only Dagoth remembers the screams, the flames, the last stand of the Torg bloodline. He buried his adopted family beneath Iron Isle stone and swore he would use strength only to protect, never to dominate.

Now grown into a massive Fire Genasi with grey irises and a chiseled physique, Dagoth wanders as a barbarian-monk hybrid—quick-witted, jolly, fiercely honorable. He loves animals, hates liars, and fights only when the terms are fair. But betray him, and he becomes something dangerous—rage-blackout fury fueled by grief and volcanic instinct.

Then, one day, the fabric of Agorath shuddered.

Sorra arrived—summoned from Earth. Confused, shaken, but alive.

Dagoth felt their presence instantly. Souls that had once been side by side on Earth reconnected in a heartbeat. Their reunion was quiet but powerful; two lives severed by death suddenly bound again across worlds.

Now, as a member of the Aeterni Viatores, Dagoth stands where Iron Isle metal and Earth-born loyalty meet. He fights not for revenge or glory—but to protect the one bond he refused to lose twice, and the few allies he now calls family.

Proud posture. Warm, neutral expression. A giant of ash and ember who survived two worlds and carries both with him.

Dagoth Torg—the last flame of the Torg Clan, reborn in iron.
