Neutron’s Descent to Criminal Activity

In 1996 a steampunk alien named @Vespera Gearwing expirinented on a @Tribal Warrior in hopes of giving him alien powers. The @Tribal Warrior was named “Neutron”. Neutron did not like being experimented on and when @Vespera Gearwing expirimented on him Neutron fled her lab and hitchhiked a spaceship into outer space. From then on Neutron became an alien criminal.
