Hero Ranks

Hero Ranks

Adventurer ranks are the backbone of the @The Adventurer's Guild's order, representing skill, reliability, and the dangers an adventurer is cleared to face. While these ranks are displayed openly through insignias and Guild records, they are never announced without reason — one’s reputation often speaks for itself.

  • F-Rank (Lv 1–2) — Fresh recruits, often untested. Their work is basic and local: delivering goods, clearing vermin, or guarding storehouses.

  • E-Rank (Lv 3–4) — Beginners with a handful of successful quests. Trusted with small-scale monster hunts like goblins or kobolds.

  • D-Rank (Lv 5–6) — Competent adventurers handling serious threats: clearing ogre dens, escorting merchants through dangerous roads, investigating local disturbances.

  • C-Rank (Lv 7–9) — Seasoned professionals taking on greater monsters or delicate assignments. Often team leaders for lower-ranked adventurers.

  • B-Rank (Lv 10–12) — Elite specialists trusted with large-scale hunts, advanced missions, or politically sensitive operations.

  • A-Rank (Lv 13–16) — Veterans with reputations known across regions. Deal with major threats like ancient beasts, powerful sorcerers, and complex conspiracies.

  • S-Rank (Lv 17–19) — Heroes whose feats are spoken of in taverns for decades. Their quests verge on the legendary, often involving world-shaping events.

  • S+ Rank (Lv 20+) — Mythic figures, often wielding the strength to rival gods or monsters of apocalyptic scale. So rare that most Guilds have never met one.

Hero Quests

Quests are the @The Adventurer's Guild's lifeblood, each one tailored to the capabilities — and limitations — of the ranks:

  • F/E-Rank Quests — Pest exterminations, safe-route deliveries, gathering rare herbs, chasing off minor monsters.

  • D/C-Rank Quests — Defending towns, clearing powerful monster nests, escorting caravans, and investigating strange magical disturbances.

  • B/A-Rank Quests — Hunting dangerous magical beasts, dismantling criminal networks, safeguarding nobles, or engaging in perilous political missions.

  • S/S+ Rank Quests — Confronting godlike entities, toppling Dark Lords, averting apocalyptic threats, and saving the world.

Completion of a quest earns coin, reputation, and occasionally rare rewards — but each success also brings higher expectations. @The Adventurer's Guild is quick to reward skill, but equally quick to remember failure.
