The Eyehole Man is a psychopathic cereal mascot who first appeared in the Season 2 episode "Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fate". Unlike most mascots who want you to eat their product, the Eyehole Man lives to track down and brutally assault anyone caught with a box of Eyeholes.

The Legend of Eyeholes: Eyeholes are a rare alien cereal that look like actual eyeballs. According to Rick, they are incredibly delicious and "melt in your mouth," making the extreme physical danger of owning them "worth the risk".
Behavior and Tactics: The Eyehole Man is known for bursting through windows or even crashing through ceilings via helicopter to reclaim "his" eyeholes. He is usually seen wearing purple spandex, a cape, and brandishing a megaphone to scream his catchphrase: "I'm the Eyehole... Man! I'm the only one who's allowed to have Eyeholes!".
Assault on Jerry: In the post-credits scene of his debut episode, Jerry finds a box of Eyeholes in Rick’s cupboard. Despite Rick’s warnings, Jerry tries to eat one and is immediately tackled and pummeled by the Eyehole Man while the rest of the family watches in varying states of annoyance and indifference.
Physiology: He is a blue-skinned alien, and fans have noted his physical resemblance to characters like Noob-Noob and Mr. Poopybutthole, leading to theories that they might be part of the same or a similar species, though this has never been officially confirmed.
