The CHUD king

Lore and History

  • Conflict with Humanity: According to the President of the United States, the U.S. government has been in a secret, centuries-long war with the Chuds.

  • Rick’s Forbidden Affair: Rick Sanchez previously had a drunken affair with the King's daughter, Princess Poñeta. When Rick is captured, the King sentences him to death for this "forbidden love".

  • The Prophecy and Truce: The execution is halted when Poñeta reveals she is pregnant with Rick's child. This pregnancy is seen as the fulfillment of a prophecy that would unite humans and Chuds.

  • The CHUD Heir: Poñeta gives birth to a blue-maned, half-human foal. True to Chud biology, the foal is self-reliant from birth and immediately digs back into the Earth.

  • Military Alliance: To honor the new union, the Chud King sends his army to assist the U.S. military in fighting off the "Sperm Monsters" (accidental creations of Morty) in Las Vegas, effectively ending their long-standing war.
