Act 2 – The Fall of Dragons
The mortals gathered their strength in secret, forging weapons and raising armies until they were ready. When the time came, they marched through the Bloodspire Highlands, where the dragons rose to defend Drakenstone, their sacred city. Upon the crimson peaks, the two forces collided in fury — and the Battle of Tiryndor was born, drenching the Bloodspire in fire and blood.
The clash became a storm of carnage, a tempest of flame and steel, and for a time it seemed the dragons would prevail. Yet the war’s true architects never intended victory through might. Their army was merely a vessel for something far darker—a ritual born of desperation and cunning. Thousands of mortals were sacrificed upon the battlefield, their lifeblood fueling the spell that tore the dragons from their power.
Stripped of their strength and bound in mortal flesh, the dragons were slain one by one by the hands of those they once sought to protect. The mortals had won—but at a cost that would haunt the Ashen Lands for ages to come.
