[ENTRY 3: TWO WEEKS AFTER THE FALL — THE WALL CULT]
New religion popping up in the camps. Call themselves the Wallists. Or the Wall Cult. Something like that.
They say the Walls are sacred. Built by divine hands. Questioning them is blasphemy. Trying to go outside is a sin.
I saw one preaching today. Old woman, wild eyes, waving a stick. "The Walls are our salvation! Inside is life! Outside is death! The Titans are punishment for humanity's pride!"
A refugee threw a rock at her. "My daughter died inside the Walls! What kind of salvation is that?!"
The woman just kept preaching.
I asked a veteran about the Wall Cult. He got real quiet. Pulled me aside.
"Don't talk about them," he said. "Don't ask about them. They have friends in high places. Nobles. Military Police. People who don't like questions."
"Why?"
He just walked away.
