Rendale is a small riverside village built along both banks of one of Avelora’s wider rivers, shortly before the water reaches the mountain’s edge and falls into the endless clouds below. Several bridges connect the two halves of the village, making the river a central part of everyday life. Fishing, woodworking and passing trade support much of the community, while the great waterfall and lively riverside paths make Rendale a pleasant stopping place for travelers crossing this part of Avelora.
@Rendale Market – A small but lively marketplace along the riverbank where farmers, fishermen and craftsmen sell food, fresh fish and locally made goods.
@Rendale side Inn – Rendale’s main inn, standing near one of the village bridges and offering meals, drinks and rooms overlooking the river.
@Rendale Watermill – A water-powered mill and woodworking workshop where the strong current is used to cut and shape timber into planks, furniture, tools and other goods.
@Rendale Fisherman's Wharf – A collection of small docks where local fishermen bring in, clean and sell their daily catch.
@Rendale Falls Park – A simple riverside park of grassy banks, scattered trees and wildflowers surrounding the place where the river plunges from Avelora’s mountain edge into the clouds.
@Rendale Falls Lookout – A quiet rocky outcrop near the waterfall with a small wooden pergola and bench overlooking the falls and vast cloud sea.
@Rendale Falls Walk – A lively riverside path leading toward Rendale Falls, dotted with small stalls, food carts, places to sit and occasional street musicians.
@Rendale Sauna – A modest communal sauna beside the river where villagers and travelers can wash, warm themselves and cool off in the water afterward.
