36_Bakiraka_Clan_Region

The Bakiraka are a secretive eastern people associated with stealth, survival, assassination, and hidden settlements. Their region should be treated as part of or adjacent to the Kushan sphere, but culturally distinct enough to feel separate.

The Bakiraka Hidden Village should be a concealed location protected by terrain, secrecy, and discipline. Outsiders should not find it easily. It should not function like a normal public town with taverns and open markets. It is a place built to avoid discovery.

For the campaign, the Bakiraka region is useful for infiltration stories, hidden knowledge, political pressure from Kushan authority, and morally complex agents. A Bakiraka character may be a spy, bodyguard, scout, exile, assassin, or reluctant guide.

Do not portray the Bakiraka only as generic assassins. Give them community, history, survival needs, and political constraints. They may serve power because they must, not because every individual wants to.

The visual tone: rocky lands, dry valleys, concealed paths, cliff shelters, hidden gates, watch points, and quiet discipline. People disappear because they were never supposed to find the path.
