The Eclipse Site is the most important cursed location in the campaign. It should be located within or near Midland's sphere, tied to the place where the Band of the Hawk vanished and the sacrificial ceremony occurred. Outsiders may call it a battlefield, sinkhole, cursed valley, forbidden camp, or red lake depending on what they saw.
The Red Lake is the public clue. People can see strange water and aftermath without understanding the God Hand, the Brand, or Femto. The Holy See may investigate it as a miracle, heresy, omen, or divine warning. Local villagers may avoid it entirely.
The AI should not make the Eclipse Site a normal dungeon full of treasure. It is a spiritual wound. The correct encounters are silence, wrong weather, restless spirits, broken weapons, half-buried Hawk signs, animals refusing to approach, and witnesses who cannot speak clearly about what they saw.
Use the site sparingly. Each visit should matter. The party may recover a relic, rescue an investigator, find a survivor's mark, or realize that the official explanation is false.
The site should never fully explain itself. Even informed characters should feel that something happened there beyond human scale.
