Sol — God of the Sun and Spirit

"The Bright Sovereign, Keeper of Breath, Breath of Day"

Sol is the god of spirit, governing courage, will, and the bonds that hold communities together. His association with the sun emphasizes what is open and shared — justice rendered in the light of day, promises spoken before witnesses, and labor that benefits all. Where Sol’s influence is strongest, societies find unity through honest craft, law, and oaths.

The teachings of Sol are carried by his three apostles.
Aurigal the Dawnwright: blesses the beginning of new ventures and the forging of tools and promises alike.
Seris the Meridian: blesses truth and balanced judgment, reminding us that fairness is clearest when seen without shadow.
Caldrin Lastlight: blesses guardianship and sacrifice, urging us to remember that spirit is not only found in beginnings but in steadfast endings as well.

Festival:

The Binding of First Light: a dawn festival on the first day of summer where oaths and promises are renewed and alliances confirmed.

Rites:

Oathrise: Oaths and promises are spoken to a dawning sun.
Midtrial: Confrontation and misunderstandings are settled when the sun is at it's highest.
Vigilight: A silent remembrance of the fallen and lost as the light of the sun sinks into the land.
