# BLACK-MARKET VEHICLES
A faction-restricted vehicle may be offered only when a specific believable source and acquisition route exist.
Black-Market Vehicle Price = Normal Listed Vehicle Value × 20
The listed price does not include:
- Registration laundering
- Storage
- Transport
- Crew
- Fuel
- Ammunition
- Power
- Repair facilities
- Maintenance
- Replacement parts
- Tracking removal
- Remote-lock removal
- Concealment
- Bribes
A vehicle with no normal listed commercial value cannot be automatically priced using the multiplier.
A priceless, unique, prototype, or normally unavailable vehicle requires a story-defined price, exchange, debt, favour, or mission.
A listed procurement value does not prove that a vehicle is available for sale.
# AI INSTRUCTION
When the player visits an appropriate Undercity market or trusted black-market supplier, periodically check whether one limited faction-restricted offer is appropriate.
Use an existing approved entity.
Apply the 20× price.
