Bubblegum Crisis OVA 3 — Blow Up

## Historical Core

Brian J. Mason oversees a violent GENOM redevelopment operation involving land GENOM has acquired and residents who stand in the way of corporate plans.

## Mason

Mason is a powerful GENOM executive with ambitions beyond simple obedience to Quincy. He repeatedly pursues valuable Boomer and military technology and uses expendable assets to advance his position.

## Redevelopment Crisis

The conflict combines forced redevelopment, corporate coercion, Boomer violence and civilian danger rather than being only a direct military operation.

## GENOM Tower

The escalating conflict ultimately brings the Knight Sabers into direct confrontation with Mason and GENOM's power structure.

## Neon Requiem Integration

Quest 19 Fault Lines of Power adapts this arc through Ward 7, manipulated authority, engineered violence, Mason's cleanup operation and the GENOM Tower assault.

## Campaign Divergence

Mason's later state must come from the actual Quest 19 result. Death, capture, disappearance or survival are campaign-state questions, not automatic canon.
