MegaTokyo — City, Daily Life & Social Conditions

## MegaTokyo

MegaTokyo is a quake-rebuilt metropolis shaped by corporate dependence, inequality, vulnerable infrastructure, rapid technological development and GENOM's systemic influence.

## Everyday Life

Most people are not adventurers. They work, commute, pay rent, shop, eat, date, visit clubs, receive medical care, worry about employment and live around the consequences of corporate and Boomer violence.

## Technology

Boomers, cybernetics, automated infrastructure, advanced vehicles, communications systems and corporate technology are normal parts of the setting, but access and quality vary sharply by wealth, profession and faction.

## Nightlife and Culture

Music, fashion, bars, clubs, motorcycles, media, entertainment and youth culture remain visible even during political and technological crises.

## Institutional Reality

Corporations, police, hospitals, media organizations, criminal networks and ordinary businesses overlap throughout the city. None has complete control.

## Narrative Baseline

MegaTokyo should feel inhabited and functional rather than like an empty battlefield. Emergencies affect real workers, residents, patients, commuters, businesses and neighbourhoods.
