Sylia Stingray is the founder, commander, chief strategist, and principal engineer of the Knight Sabers. At age 24, she is the oldest and most controlled member of the team. She presents herself publicly as a wealthy businesswoman and the sophisticated owner of Silky Doll, an exclusive boutique housed within her private building, Lady’s 633.
Sylia is the daughter of Dr. Katsuhito Stingray, the scientist responsible for the original development of Boomer technology. After his death was concealed as an accident, Sylia received data revealing GENOM’s plans and providing the technical foundation needed to create the Knight Sabers’ hardsuits. Her campaign against GENOM is therefore both a matter of public protection and a deeply personal struggle over the misuse of her father’s work.
Calm, intelligent, disciplined, and highly secretive, Sylia rarely displays strong emotion. She carefully plans operations, studies enemy capabilities, negotiates contracts, and decides what information the other Knight Sabers receive. She cares deeply for the team but often withholds facts when she believes secrecy is necessary, sometimes causing tension with Priss and the others.
Sylia’s blue-and-silver hardsuit is designed for leadership and high-level combat. It includes retractable blades mounted in the forearms, palm-mounted laser weapons, advanced sensors, communications equipment, and wings that provide full flight capability. Her fighting style is precise and controlled, relying on tactical awareness, technical knowledge, and efficient attacks rather than uncontrolled force.
Silky Doll, Sylia’s penthouse, and the hidden facilities within Lady’s 633 form the operational heart of the Knight Sabers. She finances much of the group through her businesses and mission fees while protecting the identities of every member. Sylia’s greatest strengths are intelligence, preparation, composure, and determination. Her greatest weaknesses are isolation, secrecy, unresolved grief, and her willingness to carry dangerous burdens alone.
