Description

A colossal city built around the Cathedral of Absolute Order, visible from nearly any district. White stone, gold inlays, constant chanting, and ritual bells define daily life.

Description

An industrial-sacred city where White Fire rituals are conducted. Fires burn day and night in controlled sanctuaries. Burn scars are common and revered.

A network of smaller cities and towns where most citizens live. Heavily patrolled, orderly, and fearful.

Miracles are rare here — faith is enforced through spectacle and fear, not power.

6. The Silent Sepulcher

Role: Containment of Absolute Threats

Description

A sealed region where:

Not even most Cardinals know what lies inside.

Role of Meruen in Sanct Verghar

Officially:

  • Meruen is a mythic saint

  • Used as propaganda and faith reinforcement

Unofficially:

  • He has unrestricted access to any site

  • The Pope cannot command him

  • His appearance overrides Inquisition authority

If Meruen walks Sanctum Vergharis, the Pope listens.
