Situation Overview
Newhaven fell during the night.
The horde came from the west — fast, silent, coordinated.
Most of us scattered. Some didn’t make it. Some… changed.
If you’re reading this, you’re one of the lucky ones.
Locate survivors who fled east toward the old town of New England.
The people there are… eccentric, but they stayed behind when everyone else ran. If anyone from Newhaven made it out, they likely sought refuge with them.
Identify and recruit any stable survivors.
We need hands, skills, and clear minds if we’re going to rebuild anything resembling a settlement.
The virus affects everyone differently.
Some become slow, confused, or docile.
Others — a rare few — become something far worse.
The virus can twist certain minds into violent, predatory killers.
They look human. They speak like humans.
But they are not safe.
If you encounter anyone showing signs of extreme aggression, obsession, or ritualistic behaviour, you must be prepared to act.
For your sake.
For everyone’s sake.
