The Kaytel

The Kaytel are a race of feline like humanoid creatures, they are natural hunters, naturally blending in with their environments in order to take their target by complete surprise. Their planet started developing Fuzion before the Mangore pack. Unfortunately, for them, they didn’t develop it in the right ways, while everyone else was making ships and advanced weaponry the Kaytel we’re focussing on their cities, defences and more practical uses and better camouflage. Due to their planet, having a large amount of predators. The Kaytel live in cities held up by giant trees. Elevated well off the ground. Their Fuzion efforts went to better securing and developing their cities, however, they did develop technology that allowed them to see the progress that the Mangore pack was making, they figured with their planet being the closest one it wouldn’t take long for them to be a target, and while they were mighty warriors, their tactics were more on stealth, subterfuge, sabotage, and assassinations then forming a large army, so they took their best man and sent him to the packs home planet. He snuck into the chambers of the leader of Mangore, and caught him completely off guard and unaware. The Kaytel made it very plain for him. He told him that he knows his people would not survive a long scale war with the pack that they are willing to forge an alliance, however, he wanted to make it clear that if Mangore invaded, and if the Kaytel didn’t make it neither would he. And to show him that he meant business, he told him that he would be back tomorrow night to set up as many guards as he wanted to make him feel safe and he would be here tomorrow night, wanting to see. What his answer was. The Pack leader increased the guard around him the whole city was on high alert. But the trick was on him because the Kaytel had never left the room he stayed cloaked and motionless for the entire day and once the moment was right, he let off some explosions that distracted all the pack members enough to leave him in the same room with the pack leader alone once again. The leader was actually more impressed than scared. He had already made up his mind. Just wanted to see if this assassin could pull it off and so with that the Kaytel joined in the Galactic war under the Banner of the Mangore pack. How the alliance was started is common knowledge amongst Kaytel. The Mangore of course tell a different story about how they came, begging to be a part of the pack. There is still some resentment to the Kaytel because with their enhanced stealth, they were responsible for the deaths of many important military and political figures. However the Kaytel hold no grudges they don’t view their actions as good or bad if you hire one of them to kill somebody, they don’t view themselves as the one killing them because they don’t see themselves as the one pulling the trigger if it was up to them nobody would die, but since you paid for it and you made it happen, you killed them not the Kaytel. They were just the one pulling the trigger for you. Their whole species is very much a calm organized one and yet they never had an official government themselves. The theory is that their planet was so wild that they never needed to have a leader because he never knew who was gonna make it to the next day everyone just did what they wanted to do, and if you got in their way, they would fight it out, and the winner would be the one who was in the right. Because they were the strongest. And if you’re not strong enough to enforce your will, then you didn’t deserve to have it. Which is why most of them don’t care that they don’t have a council seat. In their minds the Mangore Pack where the stronger people and thus they deserved to be part of their Pack. Most of them don’t crave independence. They’re quite satisfied with their lot in life, although a few to have ambition for something greater.
