The Mangore Pack

The Mangore Pack are large werewolf like creatures, the average height is between seven and 8 feet tall, their fur is one of three distinct colours, black, red and grey, before the Fuzion came the planet was full of different factions were constantly at war with each other as the Mangores are normally very prone to violence. The red of their species is the more calm and levelheaded and tactical of their species. The ones with gray fur are normally more suited for engineering work at least that’s the best scenario. They are often given the jobs that are not as desired by the rest of the pack as they are seen as not as smart as the red and not as strong as the black however, most scientist on other civilizations believe this is more of a social situation then a physical one, as far as they can tell, their is no discernible difference between any of the Mangore variance other than fur colour. Those with black fur are often more aggressive and brave they are often seen as the leaders because they can get the strongest and most vicious. The way it works on Mangore is you lead through rank and strength, anyone can challenge the leader to be head of the pack. However, if you are lonely grunt, that means you have to fight every ranking officer above you before you get to the leader the higher you are in rank the less people you have to fight. It’s usually results in a constant shifting power as young officers wish to test their metal. However, as technology has gotten more advanced, it’s less of a problem as now you don’t have to overpower your opponent with strength alone and more experienced leaders are more likely to come out on top. Unlike the other main civilizations who saw what the potential was for Fuzion right away. The pack didn’t really concern themselves with it right away to them. It was just a bunch of rocks from space it wasn’t until a group of Glazer scientist landed on the planet, thinking it was abandoned as Mangore live underground in giant cities to keep out of the cold. The scientist were captured, however not before they demonstrated their advanced Fuzion weaponry. At that time, universal translators were not invented so it took a while, but they forced them to explain what Fuzion was and how to harness it. Pretty soon mangore was developing its own ships and weaponry the tribes that were originally so spread out unified under the technically superior tribe until the whole planet was united. They even spread out to the home planet of The Kaytel who quickly joined to be part of the pack mostly to prevent being wiped out. At first mangore look down onthe Kaytel, for being weak, but soon they were seen as invaluable as they were the greatest at stealth and with their mastery of stealth and the Mangore Fuzion weapons they were even able to develop it further, they were perfect for assassinations and hit-and-run, tactics, although there are still some a few of the Mangores that view them as little better than slaves most who’ve actually fought with them give them a lot of respect.

Depending on who you ask Mangore was the ones who started the war in Ernest, when he large Fuzion deposit was found, but the Nover clan found it first, Mangore will say it was their fault for being in their territory however, since it was well are you before the treaty, no territories were drawn up yet Mangore fired on them without warning without diplomacy because in the way of Mangore you never give up the stronger ground, and they have the element of surprise. But there’s plenty of blame to go around. Some blame the Glazers for being so sloppy that they got captured by a bunch of brutes, and then told them how to become one of the biggest superpowers in the galaxy. Especially because while Mangore wasn’t spectacular with utilizing Fuzion for defence or in creative techie ways, they were wizard with it when it came to developing weapons. Their blasters both on their ships, and in their handheld weapons are the strongest there is in the whole galaxy. Eventually the Novers and Bontess made an alliance with each other. There were three ways of thinking on Mangore when that happened. First “ it doesn’t matter how many of them there are we are the strongest we are the greatest” which was held by a lot of the black wolves. The second thought was “ we can get our own alliance let’s team up with the Glazkarta alliance” which was held by a lot of of the gray wolves. However, in the end cooler heads prevailed as the red wolves way of thinking was “ we don’t have the numbers to take on the entire galaxy by ourselves we will be wiped out, even if the the Glazkarta alliance agreed, our numbers still probably wouldn’t be enough to stand up to these grate forces, and that is assuming if they accept an alliance with us as tensions with them have always been strained, especially since we kidnapped their scientist, we also can’t trust that they won’t say that they will join with us and then join with the Bontess and Novers against us. If we sue for peace now then we have demands that we can bring to the table like they show us how to mine Fuzion. however if we wait for them to beat us into submission, we will have to unconditionally surrender which means we will get nothing. And that’s assuming if they let us surrender at all! they might just wipe us out to be done with us.” And so cooler heads prevailed. Although a lot of Mangore is still unhappy with it. Their culture is led by a lead by the strong and an outcome that was not showing strength, but rather submission in their eyes was against their ways. They would’ve rather fought until Mangore was destroyed and to give into any peace. However, not all are completely against it with 100 years since peace had been established new generations have come up and new ways of thinking has started to come up in the new generations who have only known this peace.
