The military idea is relatively new in the era. Formed by the Vectors, was set to establish more control with the illusion of looking out for the publics safety. It has adapted well and stretched it's reaches into most corners of the Domain. Six pirates are used in part of the militaries higher command granting them amnesty for control over the less powerful pirates and rebels. The 6 pirates are called the Black Band. They also cut deals with pirates and those who help aid their control.
