Military

The military idea is relatively new in the era. Formed by the Vectors, was set to establish more control with the illusion of looking out for the publics safety. Some pirates are used in part of the militaries higher command granting them amnesty for control over the less powerful pirates and rebels. The 12 pirates are called the Black Band.
