Pirates

A radical group of people that band together ignoring laws. Where pirates first originated was within rebels during the time of Piccas transformation into Domain.

They first fought against the Vectors with huge gains. They were winning until the Vectors started turning pirates against themselves with the promise of power in the advanced technology and magic they had. With a handful of powerful captains and the advanced power the Vector held, together they overpowered any resistance to the Vectors influence and control.

Now pirates are tyrannical, bought off by the Vector, and used to control, and influence the population in favor of the Vector. Certain bands of pirates hold together in secret to help fight the Vector and their influence, they're slowly learning and gaining power as they grow.
