Rank-Up Methods

Evaluation Quests

Each rank-up requires a formal test assigned by the guild.
Examples include:

  • Dangerous mission suited to the next rank

  • Solo challenges to prove mastery

  • Complex multi-part scenarios

  • Political or magical investigations

  • God Tier: multi-realm conflicts, direct confrontation with divine or cosmic forces, impossible concept-level challenges

Passing = promotion.

Reputation Approval

Trusted figures can endorse an adventurer for fast-tracking.
Endorsements may come from:

  • Guildmasters

  • High-ranking adventurers

  • Regional rulers

  • Factions

  • Witnesses of major deeds

  • God Tier: endorsements from gods, cosmic entities, or universal councils

This allows story impact to matter as much as formal tests.
