Fazgo's Lament
The song sang by @Fazgo named Fazgo's Lament, it is sung alongside a lyre
The song goes like this:
There was once a king of fire,
Wrath crowned high in desert spire. He burned the gods from their golden thrones, To free the one bound by ancient stones. Now his kingdom glows in endless heat, And Thorma rests where heartbeats meet… But tell me, desert flame— Does wrath still burn, or only love remain?
There was once a demon of shadow,
All sins entwined within his hollow crown. He led the war beneath the endless dark, The gods trembled, and fear left its mark. Now he sits by the Fountain of Revelry, Drinking whispers of the past, endlessly… Tell me, lord of sin— Do you mourn, or do you fade within?
There was once an elf of frost,
Who stole her goddess’s breath and lost. She froze the heavens in silent might, And carved a path through endless night. Now she rests in her church of glass, Her heart unmoved, her throne steadfast… Tell me, frozen queen— Do you hear the stars weep, or only dream unseen?
Fire, shadow, frost—
They rose, they fought the ancient gods. They freed the true one from her chains… But what remains? Heroes dimmed, glory gone… And we are left with whispers, echoes, and silence.
