Zhang Mancheng, known as The Southern Spark, was a charismatic leader who rallied the oppressed in the Nanyang region of Jing Province during the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Responding to Zhang Jiao's call to arms, he initiated uprisings against local government officials, spreading chaos and unrest throughout the southern territories. His connection to local spirits granted him unique abilities, allowing him to influence the populace and employ powerful poisons in battle.
