Its vibrant green cap glistens with a viscous ooze that attracts unsuspecting creatures, while its long, slimy tendrils writhe and reach out from the base, seeking to ensnare and absorb any prey that gets too close. Those unfortunate enough to encounter this foul plant must be wary of its deceptive appearance; it blends into the forest floor, giving the illusion of safety until it's too late.

Tendril Grab
The Slime Tendril Mushroom lashes out with its slimy tendrils at a creature within 10 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be grappled and restrained. While grappled in this way, the target takes 5 (1d10) acid damage at the start of its turn.
