The New California Republic (NCR)

The NCR pushes eastward, bringing law, bureaucracy, and taxation to the Mojave. Their soldiers wear khaki fatigues and carry service rifles, but their supply lines are stretched thin. Corruption and overextension weaken their hold, yet they remain a formidable force. To settlers, the NCR promises stability; to raiders and rival factions, they are occupiers ripe for resistance.
