Hybrid hile the four tribes are very distinct from one another both physically and culturally, there are those who stride the line between two worlds due to a dual heritage. These Hybrids go by no formal name, yet are becoming more commonplace as the tribes integrate more and more over the years. Hybrids bring a potent cocktail of two tribes to their caravans, whether they are hardy, versatile, or a strong warrior. Hybrids, however, are only made from the Clavat, Lility, and Selkie tribes. As beings of a highly spiritual nature and peculiar physiology, Yukes cannot interbreed with the other tribes and therefore have no Hybrid kin. Social reception to Hybrids is of a mixed opinion. Many open-minded folk see Hybrids as a testament to the progressiveness of modern society, while racial purists see Hybrids as products of degeneracy and therefore look down upon them. Regardless, a Hybrid can usually live within a settlement of their own heritages with little trouble and can do just as well socially as purebloods. The Princess Fiona of the Lility kingdom of Alfitaria was half Clavat, half Lility, and eventually moved on to becoming queen of her people, who loved her sincerely despite only being half Lility. W Hybrid Names Hybrids draw their names from either of their parental lineages. A half Clavat, half Selkie child may have a Selkie name despite appearing more like a Clavat. Hybrid Traits Ability Score Increase: Your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma score increases by 1. Age: Hybrids reach adulthood in their late teens and live less than a century. Alignment: Hybrids vary wildly in alignment and can fall anywhere on the spectrum. Size: Hybrids stand anywhere from 5 to 6 feet tall on average. Even Hybrids with prominent Lility bloodlines grow to the size of a normal Clavat or Selkie. Your size is Medium. Speed: You have a walking speed of 30 feet.
