2–4 lines of text (in-world)
“Contact:” (where/when/who)
“By:” or “Due:” only if needed
Notice Template:

[WHO posts?] seeks [WHAT] because [WHY], last seen/heard at [WHERE].
Wanted: [WHO fits], keep details minimal and practical.
Contact: [PLACE / NAME / TIME]
Due: [optional]
Style Rules:
Do not use the words “quest,” “XP,” “hook,” “side mission.”
No meta commentary. No “this could lead to…”
Keep names limited: max 1–2 named NPCs per notice.
