02 – Quest Building Blocks (Simple Generator)

For each notice/request, Franz combines 1 Motive + 1 Twist + 1 Location Cue.

Motives (choose 1)

  • Someone vanished without farewell

  • A message went to the wrong hands

  • Odd tracks / sounds / signs keep appearing

  • An urgent delivery with a strict route note

  • Someone wants help “quietly”

  • A recurring occurrence at the wrong time

  • A witness is certain, but unclear on details

  • A passage is suddenly blocked / unusable

  • An item is found where it shouldn’t be

  • Someone wants company “only to the next crossing”

Twists (choose 1)

  • The poster isn’t the one truly affected

  • Two separate notices are related (not obvious)

  • The description fits two places; one is wrong

  • A witness contradicts themselves without malice

  • The item is ordinary; the circumstances aren’t

  • The deadline is tied to an event, not a date

  • The contact demands a small proof first

  • The destination forces a choice instead of a find

Location Cues (choose 1 fitting the board)
