While all Garou are predators, the Galestalkers' core purpose, their very raison d'être, is the hunt. They are specialists in the pursuit and kill, no matter if their prey is a physical foe or a spiritual one hiding in the Umbra. When a Galestalker commits to a hunt, they are a force of nature, and their packmates can trust that they will see it through to the end.

The Patron Spirit of the Galestalkers is North Wind, a spirit of boundless power, endurance, and patience. This alliance is what makes the tribe so dependable. North Wind and the Galestalkers are associated with Honor because their commitment to a hunt is unwavering. When they give their word, other Garou know they can be trusted.

North Wind bestows a Favor upon its followers by granting them a measure of its tireless nature. A Galestalker can add a bonus die to any dice pool directly related to pursuing their prey. This spiritual gift ensures that they are almost unstoppable once they are on the trail. However, North Wind has a strict Ban that reflects its insatiable hunger: a Galestalker must partake of a fresh kill every day. If they fail to do so, they can only recover a single point of Willpower at the beginning of the next session. This spiritual hunger drives them to constantly be on the prowl, ensuring they never become complacent.

Whether a Drifter tirelessly hunting a specific target across continents, a Spiritwalker braving the strange landscapes of the Umbra, a Gaucho who has bonded with an animal companion in a vanishing way of life, or a Leechtalker who hunts the insidious blood-drinkers of the city, every Galestalker is a master of the hunt.
