Garou packs patrol alleys, subways, and server farms, protecting remnants of the Wyld embedded in the land. Today, Hollowpoint is alien and luminous: LED lights, holographic advertisements, and omnipresent sensors dominate, creating an environment hostile to both spirit and human intuition.
