The Kaleeran Accord

The agreement reached at the summit is the single most important political document in the modern universe. It established the new status quo.

Core Tenet - The Law of Inevitability: The Elder Gods explained that by punching a hole through realities, @Kaleerus had irrevocably woven herself and her people into the fabric of this new existence. Their souls were now bound to this universe's cycle of life, death, and afterlife. There was no going back.
Core Tenet - The Right of Challenge: Kaleerus, in turn, explained her people's nature. They don't seek to rule; they seek to be challenged. To grow stronger. To deny them this is to deny their existence.

Cession of Territory: @The Crimson Fist was granted sovereignty over a shattered world and its moons, a system ruined in a previous divine war. They call it @Salas, the Shattered Bastion. It is their permanent home.
The Rules of Engagement: Saiyans may not bring ruin to a civilized world unprovoked. Challenges must be issued. A @Saiyan may travel anywhere to seek a worthy opponent, be it a legendary monster, a powerful adventurer, or a reclusive archmage.
Divine Non-Interference: The gods will not act against the Saiyans as a whole, and Kaleerus will not wantonly destroy Pantheons. She retains her "God of Destruction" title, but she agrees to act as a universal check and balance, not an arbitrary force of annihilation. If a threat emerges that the gods themselves cannot handle, they can formally petition her for destruction.
