1000’s of light years away a planet in a different solar system by the name of Ophroil. A vibrant planet teaming with life and technology. The Ophrilian’s a scaly fish like humanoid species, built for survival and battle. But the planet much like earth was stricken by political dogma. The 2 warring political parties, The Ophrilian High Council, made up of the highest ranking and most powerful Ophrilian’s. They were the governing party of Ophrilia. Comprised of Ahnu-Throx, Aineh-Grok, Uh’oi, and Yagmi-Tuks, all legendary warriors of Ophrilia. And The Conglomerate of Ophrilian Nations, a party made by an evil war crazed Ophrilian, Sidut-Onzul, he desired to drive the Ophrilian’s into galactic conquest. The Ophrilian High Council not wanting their people to become savages of the galaxy denied Sidut’s requests, this enraging Sidut drove him to form the Conglomerate of Ophrilian Nations. Comprised of Sidut’s most loyal followers he waged war against The Ophrilian High Council. The war was brutal and millions of Ophrilian’s died. Sidut, not pleased until the High Council was eradicated, waged one final assault against the High Council, fighting for a planet and race that was all but destroyed. One Ophrilian, Zulka-Olko a powerful warrior and commander of the Ophrilian Guard, stood in the way of Sidut, swearing he would not let him destroy Ophroil. Sidut fueled by rage, ordered his men to assault the High Council’s Chambers, all that was left of the Ophrilian race and The Ophrilian Guard fought inside the chambers. Zulka-Olko had been fighting in the war since the beginning sought an end to the Ophrilian War much like Sargent Star sought an end to World War 3 on Earth. The war on Ophroil would not end the way it had on Earth and Sidut and Zulka fought in a brutal fight, a master class of combat and warrior endurance. Zulka finally killing Sidut and believing he had put an end to Sidut and The Conglomerate looked around only to find bodies and ash. Many days passed and Zulka wandered the city he once called home, Bil’ath. He found no survivors, Zulka traveled all over his planet in desperate search of anyone, just one Ophrilian. But he found none. Zulka deeply saddened by the crippling realization that he is the last of his people, screamed out into the skies in a brutal blood curdling roar and launched himself with all his might into space and he flew through all he could see traveling from planet to planet for 100’s of years he travelled, fearing he would never find life, until one day he stumbled upon a planet blue like his skin, with clouds and land masses. Zulka flew down to the planet seeing nothing but destruction and nuclear fallout. Fearing he had found a planet that had succumb to the same fate as his own, he heard a voice a robotic voice, the voice of Unit 1. Calling out to Zulka, asking who he was and where he came from. Zulka having never seen a robot was confused and did not speak the language Unit 1 spoke (English). Zulka attempted to communicate with Unit 1, Unit 1 being hyper intelligent was able to establish a way to communicate through hand signals and varying sounds, was able to communicate with Zulka and bring him back to Republic of Earth’s HQ where he met the rest of The Champions. Spending his next months learning English and the history of Earth and its people. Zulka-Olko learned to love Earth and the people of it. Swearing his warrior honor and fealty to the Republic, Sargent Star gratefully welcome Zillow-Olko into The Champions, giving him the moniker “Alien-Man” and making him the 7th and Final Champion.
And with the addition of Alien-Man, The Champions of Earth were ready to face any threat that came their way. And threats… threats came… a powerful telekinetic formed from experimenting with radiation in the Third World War, Silas Vane was a scientist working for The Old World Elitist developing Psychokinetic serums when a missile struck his lab, Silas became infused with the very serum and radiation he experimented with. Developing powerful telekinetic powers. Silas sought out the man who was the face of The Republic and The Champions of Earth, Sargent Star. Swearing to kill him for destroying his work and cursing him to this fate. Silas began a spree of destroying and killing everything and anyone he could hoping to draw Star out. And when The Champions finally came for him, a battle that shook the very earth commenced. Never having fought a super of such immense strength The Champions were quickly overwhelmed by the sheer power of Silas’s telekinesis. Battle Queen and Rage Beast tried to use their strength to over come Silas but what could is strength against a man who can move you with his mind? Silas launched the duo out of the fight. Sargent Star being only human was no match for Silas, bullets and fists are nothing to man who can crush you with his mind. Star was on the verge of being killed when Velocity came at blazing speed and grabbed Silas carrying him to Mount Vesuvius, the home of Vulcan. Vulcan, Unit, 1, and Alien-Man had been transported to the cave by Felicity during the battle prepared to contain Silas within the Volcano, Unit 1 and Alien-Man kept Silas distracted while Vulcan constructed a prison to hold Silas in. With the prison constructed with godly power, Velocity grabbed Silas once more and in less than a second Silas was trapped within the Infernal Prison.
With the fight over, The Champions and The Republic of Earth realized the threat Silas Vane possessed and created a prison to hold threats as dangerous as Silas Vane. With the help of Vulcan and Unit 1, Tartarus was created. A prison of no escape, made for the worst of the worst criminals. With Silas being Prisoner-001.
In the year 2040. The world having learned of The Champions and accepting The Republic of Earth began to rebuild, with Mega City being half way completed the citizens of the new age of humanity looked to new leaders and looked to heroes to save them and when they called The Champions arrived. Swearing their lives to ensuring humanity never succumbed to threats like The Old World Elitists they became Earth’s defenders and humanity would cheer their names. Sargent Star, Battle Queen, Unit 1, Rage Beast, Velocity, Vulcan, and Alien-Man.
THE CHAMPIONS OF EARTH
Champions of Earth Dossier:
Sargent Star - Nigel Orozco, a normal man with no powers but a highly trained and hardened combat veteran of the 3rd World War. He possesses exceptional marksmanship, hand to hand combat prowess, and leadership. He is The First Champion and the founding member.
Battle Queen - Helen Darge Fasika, a tribal woman from the Congo. Her powers are immense strength and speed. She is a fearsome warrior. She is The Second Champion of Earth.
Unit 1 - A Robot created by Vulcan on behalf of The Republic of Earth, his powers are a durable robotic frame, energy based weapons that come from his hands, energy blasts he can create from his robotic body, and several built in armaments in his robotic body. He has a hyper intelligent AI processor that allows him to be one of the smartest entities on earth. He is The Third Champion of Earth.
Rage Beast - Travis May, a giant brute of a man. His powers are incredible strength and endurance, he is the strongest super in the world. He has a bad temper but controls it. He is The Fourth Champion of Earth.
Velocity - Felicity Shannon, a female speedster, her power is the ability to reach speeds faster than the speed of light. She is the fastest human in the world. She is The Fifth Champion of Earth.
Vulcan - The Roman God of fire, volcanoes, and metal working. His powers are pyromancy, the ability to construct anything from the earth, and controlling volcanoes. He helped build the mega cities, and Unit 1. He is The Sixth Chsmpion of Earth.
Alien-Man - Zulka-Olko is the last of the Orphilian’s an alien race from the planet Orphoil. His powers are strength, endurance, flight, and he is a master of combat. He is The Seventh and Final Champion of Earth.
