In the year 2043 humanity is finally starting to look like humanity again. With Mega City completed and Mega City 2 being built on the remains of Dallas and San Antonio. Mega City 3 being Built in the remains of Detroit and Cleveland, arguably the longest city. Stretching several hundred miles. America looked like it was finally starting to become a country again. In Europe Mega City 4 was being built in Italy. Housing the European Champions, who have added Katherine Allen a spider like mutant possessing the powers of a spider, and unfortunately the appearance, gaining her the name “Tarantula”. And Egil Kleven, a Norwegian super who developed strength, and endurance, honing his body into a weapon he was rightfully named “King Kleven”. Now with the European champions having 5 heroes and defending Europe the Republic of Earth decided they needed a way to select heroes who were of great power and reputation. Enacting the “Super Selection Service” a program run by Isabel Marshall. The Super Selection Service or “Triple S” is designed to accurately track supers in the world who display great power and achievements. When a hero gains enough notoriety they may be reached out to by the SSS and chosen to come to the Republic of Earth HQ to be trained, and evaluated to see if they are worthy of being a globally recognized superhero. While the heroes are in the Super Selection Service they live on The Republic of Earth HQ and train with Beau Bishop, a relatively unremarkable super only being able to accurately throw blades at people but he showed remarkable combat skills making The Republic give him the moniker “Blade Master”. The supers in the SSS undergo rigorous training and conditioning to ensure they are ready for any task that comes there way. It is a grueling process taking many weeks but in the end only the best supers in the program are selected to become globally recognized superheroes. One of the first to be selected was an unknown reptilian man who had been killing and eating criminals in the slums of Mega City. Isabel Marshall hearing these reports sent a Earth Peace Force team to collect the reptilian man. Upon arrival he was exceptionally hostile, killing several peace officers. But was eventually subdued and brought back to Republic HQ of where he was explained his situation and offered the chance to use his powers for a higher purpose the unknown reptile accepted, stating he idolized The Champions. Isabel would run the reptile through the admission process and when asked his name he said he did not know. He only ever knew the sewers. Isabel feeling sympathy for him named him after her son, Michael. The reptile, Now Michael would undergo rigorous training harnessing his beastly form and powers. After weeks he passed, Michael became the first super to pass the Super Selection Service. And was announced to the world. Michael would start his own team “The Street Cleaners” a street level superhero team focusing on low tier villains and crimes. Upon the success of Michael many other supers would begin to make names for themselves.
Ollie Walker a super with precision marksman skills being named “Pinpoint”.
Roland Preston, a speedster with the moniker “Speed Demon”.
Justice Shelton a geokinetic being named “Groundhog”.
Nathan Andrews, a hydromancer dubbed “Pacific”.
Emelia Cowen, a woman with the ability to faze in and out of reality, dubbed “Astral”
Felix Webster, a man with no actual powers but a remarkable resolve and dedication to train his body and skills. Earning the name “Streetlight”
Streetlight, Groundhog and Pinpoint would go on to join the Street Cleaners while the others became independent. Their success would inspire so many more heroes to thrive for success to become true superheroes. As the years passed on, in 2045 Mega City 2 and 4 were completed, but Mega City 3 would have unforeseen outcomes with rampant crime and low tier villains taking hold in the roots of the city, it made construction difficult and the Earth Peace Force could only control so much. The director of the Mega City 3 branch of the Earth Peace Force (EPF) a man by the name of Andre Thompson, a stern 5 year veteran of the EPF would attempt to contain the crime but it was to no avail. The defenders had bigger threats to worry about, like the rising villains. Andre would request more assistance from The Republic and The Street Cleaners would be deployed to Mega City 3 to help fight back against the growing crime rate. Operating out of the EPF HQ in Mega City 3 The Street Cleaners would begin to attempt to clean up the streets but many villains resided in the buildings of Mega City 3.
Spencer Hamilton - An electrokinetic dubbed “Sparkplug”
Kash Santana - a skilled fighter dubbed “Shitkicker”
Sarah Shaw - a trichokinetic named “Reapunzel”
Daniel Wolfe - a mutant who developed the characteristics of a wolf dubbed “Feral”
And Jay Barrett a ruthless soldier who killed and brutalized any one who got in his way dubbed “Brutalist”
These 5 called themselves “The Fury Squad”. The Street Cleaners and The Fury Squad would have many battles of the next year. By 2044 Mega City 3 was halfway to being completed when a super of immense power commenced an attack on the heart of the building city. Incinerator a super with the power of pyromancy, incinerated an entire block in seconds. Hearing word of this the Street Cleaners came to stop him, but they were no match for the immense power he possessed. Falling back, burned and injured. Meanwhile in Mega City, The Champions received word of this immense threat. Deploying only Alien-Man and Vulcan to fight him. Upon arriving the Alien Warrior and God of Fire and Metalworking quickly caught the eyes of Incinerator, who was hoping they would come.
“Finally” he exclaimed
“Finally what?” Vulcan asked
“The Council of Evil will put an end to all of you”
“Not today” Alien-Man exclaimed before launching himself at Incinerator. Incinerator not being a warrior like Alien-Man was quickly overwhelmed being put on his heels as the Alien Warrior throw slash after slash at Incinerator. Incinerator launched fire out of his hands at the ground and took flight into the sky and Alien-Man quickly flew after him the 2 fighting in the sky as they flew across the Midwest of America, finally crashing down in the ruins of Los Angeles. Alien-Man standing above Incinerator ready to deal the killing blow stopped as he realized the threats in front of him 4 villains all of immense power.

And the worst one, General Pearson. An elitist general who managed to survive the war and gained super strength, durability and the power to fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes.
Along with Incinerator, together they made up the Council of Evil. A group of villains so powerful they can rival The Champions. Alien-Man was quick to engage in combat with them but quickly put down by Willbreaker’s telepathic might. The villains were about to kill Alien-Man when a shoot went off firing right into Willbreaker’s shoulder.
“Get the fuck away from my alien!” A voice rang out, standing atop rubble was the first hero, Sargent Star with his signature revolver “The Freedomaker”. Willbreaker raising his hand to use his powers on Star had his arm sliced clean off by something they never saw, Velocity, now standing next to Star with Willbreaker’s arm in her hand. Star with a voice of authority shouts out “CHAMPIONS! On me!” And like a calling to the very universe. Unit 1 and Battle Queen land behind him, Rage Beast slams down onto the ground, Vulcan being carried by Infernal Drones lands beside the group. 6 Champions standing side by side as Alien-Man rises to join them. Now the Council of Evil and The Champions are meeting for the first time. Stern looks being exchanged, tension rising. And like a western Sargent Star blasted a round form his waist with the Freedom Maker striking General Pearson in the chest to no reaction. Pearson would scream out “Kill them!” And Alien-Man would tackle Pearson out of the sky the duo flying miles into Los Angeles. And the battle would commence. Queen on Dracula, Willbreaker using his one good arm to hold Vulcan and Velocity in place. Blastzone bombarding Star and Unit 1 with ordinance. And incinerator keeping Rage Beast from advancing. Artillery shaking the ground of Los Angeles, fire burning the very ground and buildings as Rage Beast broke through building after building trying to get to Incinerator. And Alien-Man and General Pearson continued flying and fighting, hitting each other with enough force to break the sound barrier. Los Angeles was becoming more destroyed by the second. Rage Beast not relenting on Incinerator would force him to make one last desperate attack in the heart of Los Angeles Incinerator would show why he was the most dangerous pyromancer with a large primal shout a large fire erupted from him blasting Rage Beast back for miles as the fire engulfed all of Los Angeles, Alien-Man and General Pearson mid grapple would look in shock as a ungodly fire roared towards them blasting the duo miles away. On the outskirts of Los Angeles Sargent Star, Battle Queen, Velocity, Unit 1, Vulcan, Willbreaker, Dracula, and Blastzone would all see the fire raging towards them. Velocity acting quickly would grab Star and run as fast as she could without killing him and get him out of the blast radius while Vulcan would slam his hammer down creating a dome for Unit 1, Queen, and Him to hide in. The villains would be blasted back with force strong enough to shatter bones. In the dome the fire would rage against it. And then… nothing… Vulcan dismantled the dome and the trio would look in horror as Los Angeles was dead. Engulfed in a fire of immense magnitude. The Champions, wounded would return to Champion Tower and deploy a Republic Relief Team to the newly named “Dead Angeles”…
