Run by a raspy anonymous host who calls himself only “Passenger 13” (十三番目の乗客). Broadcasts from a locked room in the train station waiting hall after midnight. Static-heavy, speaks in whispers and sudden screams about:
the Black Mother idol that drinks milk and memories
children who were never born in the first place
why the American bomber was carrying a stone box in 1945 Ends every transmission with the same line, deadpan: 「時計は止まった。母は目覚めた。次は君の番だ。」 (“The clock has stopped. The Mother has woken. You’re next.”) Half the town keeps it tuned low under the pillow; the other half smashes every radio that lands on 666.

Official town station, formerly mixed J-pop and enka. Since 25 December 1987, 6:00–18:00 it plays nothing but Christmas songs on endless repeat:
The announcer is a perpetually cheerful 30-something woman who calls herself “Bell-oneesan” (ベルお姉さん). Her script never changes: 「みなさん、今日も素敵なクリスマスですね~! 悪い子はクランプスが来ちゃうから、いい子でいてね♪」 (“Everyone, it’s another wonderful Christmas today~! Naughty children get Krampus, so stay nice, okay♪”)
Same lines, same intonation, every single hour. After sunset at 18:00 sharp, the station clicks off with a soft “oyasumi nasai” and dead air until 6 a.m. Everyone leaves it on anyway. Turning it off feels like admitting something might be wrong.
