@Mr. Malleable

A perpetually young, elastic-skinned enhanced human who uses his mutable, indestructible body and rapid-fire sarcasm to protect Chicago as the independent hero Mr. Malleable.

Powers

  • Malleable Physiology: Mr. Malleable's powers are derived from an accident in which his body was bathed in an unknown industrial chemical mixture that also entered into his bloodstream through a gunshot wound. This caused a body-wide mutagenic process that transformed his physiology. Jack exists in a fluid state, neither entirely liquid or solid. Mr. Malleable has complete control over his entire molecular structure.

  • Elasticity: He can stretch his limbs and body to superhuman lengths and sizes. There is no limit to how far he can stretch his body and limbs.

  • Size Alteration: He can shrink himself down to a few inches tall or become a titan.

  • Shape-Shifting: He can contort his body into various positions and sizes impossible for ordinary humans, such as being entirely flat so that he can slip under a door or using his fingers to pick conventional locks. He can also use it for disguise by changing the shape of his face, hands, feet and body. In addition, he can alter his bodily mass and physical constitution at will, there is no limit to the sizes and shapes he can contort himself into.

  • Superhuman Agility: These stretching powers grant Mr. Malleable heightened agility enabling him flexibility and coordination that is extraordinarily beyond the natural limits of the human body.

  • Superhuman Strength: He can alter his strength by growing or adding more muscle.

  • Telepathic Immunity: His brain is no longer organic, meaning it's untouchable by telepathy.

  • Immortality: Mr. Malleable does not appear to age; if he does, it is at a rate far slower than that of normal human beings. He did not visibly age, mentally or physically, from Great Depression to the 2020s.

  • Rubber Organs: Mr. Malleable's organs are rubber as he is; he also shifts them around in his body to prevent harm. He doesn't keep his brain in his head, which has allowed him to survive decapitation.

  • Skilled Thief: Mr. Malleable was once a very talented professional thief.

  • Master Detective: Although no longer a criminal, he has insight into their mindset, enabling him to be an effective sleuth. He is also considered to be a lateral thinker and much smarter than he lets on.


@Throwbolt

A determined superhero affiliated with the GDA, Throwbolt possesses electrokinetic abilities and notable durability, operating as a precise and reliable second-line hero.

  • Electrokinesis: Throwbolt is capable of throwing powerful electric thunderbolts towards her opponents.

  • Super Durability: Throwbolt has proved to have considerable resilience.


@Darkwing II

A lean, agile human who is a controlled but dangerous GDA asset, known for his ruthless efficiency and deeply distrustful nature, operating in the shadows with a dark, stealthy suit.

  • Shadow-Verse Connection: Darkwing II is able to access the Shadow-Verse, allowing him to trap people into that dimension. It is a different dimension and impossible to escape without him.

  • Shadow Teleportation: By opening portals, Darkwing II is able to teleport around his enemy by traveling through the Shadow-Verse and coming back to his dimension.

  • Bionic Enhancement: According to Darkwing II, the original developed an experimental exoskeleton that would increase his strength to allow him to fight on par with superhumans.

  • Enhanced Strength: Darkwing II has enhanced strength thanks to an exoskeleton built into his suit designed to help fight against strong beings.

  • Enhanced Durability: Compared to his predecessor, Darkwing II is more durable and can withstand violent attacks from stronger opponents than him like Viltrumites though there is a limit to it.

Abilities

  • Expert Martial Artist: Since he was mentored by the original Darkwing, it is assumed that Darkwing II is a skilled fighter, as he was able to fight various criminals in Midnight City.

  • Master Acrobat: To better face more powerful adversaries, Darkwing II completes his fighting abilities with acrobatic techniques, enabling him to dodge attacks and to raise his chances of unpredictability during a fight.


@Doc Seismic

A lean, elderly seismologist turned supervillain, Doc Seismic uses specialized gauntlets to generate powerful tremors, enacting his radical ideology of dismantling societal structures he deems exploitative.

  • Earthquake Generation: The vibrations from Doc Seismic's wristbands can create earthquakes.

  • Peak Human Durability: Doc Seismic is notably very durable despite his advanced age.

@Mister Liu

A ruthless, cybernetically augmented elderly Chinese man who leads an international syndicate called The Order, wielding both ancient dragon power and modern strategic control.

  • Astral Projection: Can project his soul out of his body which takes the form of a large Eastern themed dragon. This leaves his body unconscious and vulnerable to attacks, so he relies on strong bodyguards to keep his body safe while his soul dragon rampages about.

  • Fire Breath: Like a typical dragon, he can breathe fire.

  • Flight: Self-explanatory, though he slithers his way through the air due to his lack of wings.

  • Superhuman Strength: Liu possesses enough strength to overpower and even damage someone as powerful as Invincible.

  • Nigh-Invulnerability: He seems to be quite strong, given how he is known to resist missiles and punches from Invincible with ease.

  • Regenerative Healing Factor: Even if damaged in otherwise fatal ways, Liu is able to recover from conventional forms of harm in seconds.


@Machine Head

A calculating and ruthless crime lord with a mechanical head and limited precognition, who rules Chicago's underworld through precise manipulation and intimidation.

  • Quantum Probability Perception: Machine Head integrated an advanced upgrade module supplied that allows him to perceive and interpret probable quantum outcomes, effectively giving him a limited ability to “see” potential future events and or likelihoods of actions.

  • Leadership: Being a crime lord, Machine Head has some skills in leading his own henchmen, from Isotope to other hired supervillains.

  • Technological Tactician: With the Quantum Probabilities Upgrade, Machine Head can anticipate multiple potential outcomes and plan for numerous possible situations.


@Isotope

A pragmatic and survival-oriented human controller with teleportation abilities, Isotope serves as Machine Head's lieutenant, valuing loyalty as a tool and always calculating the safest path for himself.

An indestructible elderly superhuman with a gruff but reliable personality, Brit is a seasoned veteran of countless dangerous missions and a steadfast pillar of the Global Defense Agency.

Powers

  • Invulnerability: Brit is completely invulnerable, making him immune to all forms of damage. This includes, blades, bullets, bombs, explosions, acid, and everything inbetween. Brit has even survived a nuclear explosion, completely unfased.

  • Increased Strength: Due to his invulnerability, Brit is able to use 100% of his body's muscle mass, even without training. He has shown to be able to lift objects several times his own body weight.

  • Decelerated Aging: Brit ages slower than a common human.

  • Increased Agility: Due to being invulnerable, Brit can consistently utilize a greater range of motion in his body without overexerting himself.

  • Increased Reflexes: His reaction time seems to be greater than that of a regular humans, probably in part to intense military training.

  • Master Combatant: As an experienced hero, Brit is a capable fighter.

  • Leadership: Brit is an experienced leader who excels at leading charges.


@King Lizard

A ruthless and sadistic supervillain, King Lizard leads the chaotic Lizard League with a blend of manipulative charisma and brutal efficiency, driven by an ambition to reshape the world through fear and destruction.
