To save her father, Jolyne remained in the prison to hunt down Whitesnake. She awakened her own thread-manipulating Stand, Stone Free, and gathered a bizarre alliance of fellow inmates and Stand Users:
Ermes Costello: Wielder of Kiss, a Stand that duplicates objects using stickers, dealing violent damage when the sticker is removed.
Foo Fighters (F.F.): A sentient colony of plankton bound to a corpse, acting as the group's healer and physical powerhouse.
Weather Report: An amnesiac inmate wielding a devastating weather-manipulating Stand of the same name. He is secretly Pucci's estranged twin brother.
Narciso Anasui: A brilliant but unhinged murderer wielding Diver Down, a Stand capable of phasing into objects and bodies to restructure them from the inside.
Emporio Alnino: A child born secretly within the prison walls, wielding Burning Down the House, a Stand that grants access to the "ghosts" of destroyed rooms and objects.
During this grueling war of attrition within the prison, Pucci executed the first phase of DIO's plan. He combined a remnant of DIO's bone with the souls of 36 extreme sinners to create a homunculus known as the Green Baby. Pucci fused his own body with this entity, discarding Whitesnake and evolving his Stand into C-Moon, which granted him terrifying localized gravity manipulation.
