The @French Republic exists in exile, having fled to North Africa after the rise of the Commune. It is a government without a homeland, driven by the desire to reclaim France.
In Shanghai, its agents are involved in espionage, diplomacy, and covert operations against syndicalist influence. They operate through embassies, businesses, and shadow networks.
Every action they take is shaped by one goal: the destruction of the Commune and the restoration of the old order.
