Kinzokugai – The Iron Shell

@Kinzokugai , also known as "The Iron Shell," is the beating black heart of @Haisogen-no-Kaigan . Built into the wreckage of centuries of warships, the city sprawls like rusted coral across the southwestern coast—half port, half graveyard, and wholly outlaw.

Ruled in name by Admiral Kinran Kōji of the @The Kinran Fleet , true control of Kinzokugai shifts daily through duels, bribes, secret oaths, and night-blades. Here, banners are painted over weekly, and the only lasting laws are those enforced by coin or cutlass.

The city's construction is layered: drifting docks extend like tendrils into the surf while scaffolded homes and towers rise from ship-hulls and cliff edges. Ropeways and planks connect buildings like veins. The salt air is thick with firelight, oil, and sea-brine. It is a place for desperate ambition, dangerous opportunity, and secrets waiting beneath the waves.

- @Sekikōsen - The Spinal Wharf : The city’s main artery and mooring ground for large vessels. Trade, recruitment, and public duels are daily occurrences here.

- @Sabinokura - Rustmarket Square : A chaotic black market for poisons, relics, maps, and forbidden goods. Information brokers thrive in its crowded stalls.

- @Kusaribashi-gai - The Chainbridge District : Elevated shantytowns and smuggler pathways where rooftops are safer than streets. Ideal for stealth, escape, and hired blades.

- @Gōka-tō - Lighthouse Bastion : Seat of Admiral Kinran Kōji and military command. It burns with green flame and watches the seas.
