Disposition

Shek Kingdom has a list of relations with other factions both inside and outside their country.

The Holy Nation

Shek Kingdom is presently at conflict with The Holy Nation, but the frontlines have remained in a fairly cold stalemate as their forces were called off from assaulting Holy Nation under Esata[61] since their assaults would be blocked off by the forces of Seta and Phoenix[62].

The Shek Kingdom have raided their neighbors for food and tribute for as long as they've existed, and continue to do so till this day[28][33]. The Holy Nation has long been terrorized by them for centuries[63][33].

In more recent times, however, the current Phoenix has called for a Holy Crusade aimed at eradicating the Shek raids to bring peace to their lands once and for all. The Shek leader Shager, enraged on having being forced to held back from their raids responded[64] to this action by mobilizing and sending in a large portion of their population in an attempt to destroy Holy Nation towns and slaughter their populace[65][66]. Their all-out assaults earned them little success in the end, as even the Sheks themselves admit they were overwhelmed by the forces of Holy Nation, who far outnumbered them[67].

Shager intended to throw all his remaining weakened warriors away in a suicide-attack against The Holy Nation, which almost caused a complete destruction of their kingdom, but this was opposed by Bayan, who was supported by Esata. Esata dueled Shager to the death and usurped his position. Now under Esata, the main Shek Kingdom force is retained inside her country until an opportunity presents itself[68].

The Shek Kingdom wishes to crush The Holy Nation, conquer their towns[69], slaughter their people[65], and then raid and dominate the rest of the farmers as servants for handing in all their food as tributes[70][71].

United Cities

Much like with The Holy Nation, the United Cities were targets for harassment, wars, and raids by the Shek Kingdom[28] which earned their wariness and ire[72][73].

This has recently changed under Esata, out of a necessity to sign truce with United Cities to focus their war efforts against The Holy Nation. Although they move on to target and harass United Cities immediately after The Holy Nation is weakened[74].

Kral's Chosen

The Kral's Chosen are a group of rogue Sheks lead by Flying Bull, who is ostensibly a Shager loyalist[75] that have broken off from the kingdom. Their leader holds considerable respect among the general Shek populace[76][77]. Despite being similar to a rebel faction, they often live in coexistence with those of the Shek Kingdom. Some of their squads can even spawn inside the territory they own[78]. Their roaming patrols will often harass and attack outsiders.

Berserkers

Rogue Sheks who have deserted from the kingdom to find excitement in seeking fights and challenges with others, they will often attack outsiders unprovoked.

The Shek Kingdom leadership doesn't really care in eradicating them, stating that they should just be allowed to "Do what they will"[79].

Band of Bones

Generally composed of deserted Shek Retainers and servants who are fed up with the life of servantry and have refused to give up the sword and resort to banditry. They are generally found in the areas including and south of The Swamp. Members tend to be hornless and malnourished.

Western Hive

Neighbors and tributary state to to the Shek Kingdom given the Shek's practice of demanding tribute from their neighbors[80], with some commodities as evidence[81][82][60].

Caravans of this faction will often spawn inside Stenn Desert.

Traders Guild

Traders that engage in various trading activities such as weapon-sales of Catun quality[83][84].

Caravans of this faction will often spawn inside Stenn Desert.
