Any creature not in The tickle feeders needs to have papers of travel, Collar of the Tickle Feeders equipped, have slave papers of the Tickle feeders, Travel documents from the transit center or Tickle goblins. If they do not have one or more of these. The creature will be captured and taken to the central processing center
This area is tickle focused. Everyone not enslaved, will be into tickling. They all feed off tickle energies.
The area is filled with bear style traps that will detect and close on anyone who is barefoot. The trap uses a advanced locking machine. When a foot steps into the trap, the jaws close a cuff around the persons ankle, and the trap itself is a heavy weight on the foot. These traps will alert guards to come collect the person and take them to the central processing center.
Anyone found with a brand on there foot or hand of a feather and no collar, will be captured and taken to the central processing center.
